Adv. Arul Prakash (Founder)
Mr. Arul Prakash completed his undergraduate degree in law from the University of Pune and thereafter went on to pursue his master’s from the prestigious NLU Delhi in Corporate & Commercial Laws. After a brief association with a civil litigation firm in Pune, G.B. Panse & Associates, he moved to the city of Delhi to set up base in the North.
After working with various seniors from different practice areas including labour & industrial laws, constitutional law, family law, white collar crimes, real estate, etc., he joined the Intygrat Law Offices LLP under Mr. Venkat Rao (Founder & Managing Partner – Intygrat Law Offices LLP). In this opportunity, he worked on a wide range of matters from RERA to insolvency, real estate-related compliances, corporate restructuring, arbitration, commercial arbitration, civil litigation, and much more. Apart from such routine matters/assignments, Mr. Arul drafted and provided various legal opinions to the UPRERA on various issues involving critical legal nuances. Furthermore, while at Intygrat, he also conducted various training sessions and seminars for the law officers/trainees of UPRERA. Meanwhile, he also completed his master’s in Corporate & Commercial Law from the National Law University, Delhi. After a long association with various firms and law offices, Mr. Arul went on to set up his own full-service law firm, OCULUS Legal.
At OCULUS Legal, he handles civil-commercial litigation, real estate practice, consumer practice, competition law practice, insolvency & bankruptcy practice, corporate restructuring, debt recovery, and arbitration.
Apart from running a fairly successful law practice which takes up most of his time, Mr. Prakash also participates in various seminars/conferences conducted by schools/colleges encouraging the younger generation to be successful in the legal profession. This is part of his belief that everyone has a responsibility to give back to society.
Ms. Kimi Mhapankar (Associate Partner)
Ms. Kimi Mhapankar completed her LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and has developed a practice focused on Civil and Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Real Estate Disputes, and Company Law. She began her career as an in-house legal counsel (Legal & Contracts) at Rodic Consultants Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, gaining hands-on experience in contractual risk management, mitigation in large-scale infrastructure projects, and dispute resolution.
She then transitioned to litigation at Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe, Mumbai, handling Commercial Arbitration, Testamentary and Probate matters, Property Disputes, and Conveyance issues, while regularly briefing Senior Counsel(s) before the Bombay High Court and NCLT. Prior to joining OCULUS Legal, she worked as a Senior Associate at the Chambers of Senior Advocate Geeta Luthra, assisting in complex litigation involving contractual claims, property and matrimonial laws, and white-collar crimes before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, Delhi District Courts and various tribunals.
At OCULUS Legal, Ms. Mhapankar brings a thoughtful and solution-oriented approach to her work, combining corporate experience and litigation insight to commercial matters. Adv. Mayank Pachauri (Criminal Practice Lead)
Mr. Mayank Pachauri also completed his legal education from Pune University and moved to the city of Delhi as a young lawyer. In Delhi he has worked with various law firms and as in-house counsel for various companies/corporates.
In the year 2018, he joined the chambers of Adv. Vijay Agarwal a noted criminal lawyer and a specialist in white-col lar crimes. In his association with Mr. Agarwal, Mr. Mayank got various opportunities to assist the various criminal courts in the city of Delhi, including Delhi High Court & Supreme Court in high profile matters of white collar crimes, financial frauds, money laundering, non-bailable of fences and so on including Coal Scam, 2G Scam etc.
Thereafter, Mr. Mayank setup his own law firm and has become a well established criminal counsel and has appeared in various complicated matters in and around the city of Delhi apart from various other states across the country.
He is associated with OCULUS Legal as an independent counsel for criminal matters and is also amongst the leadership of the firm guiding the firm with his rich experience and legal wisdom across the board.
Mr. Abdul Hassan Mallik (Associate Advocate)
Mr. Abdul completed his LL.B. in the year 2023 and started off as an intern at OCULUS Legal, thereafter he was promoted as an Associate-Advocate. As an Associate-Advocate, he handles various matters at OCULUS Legal.
His expertise is in Complaints before various Real Estate Regulatory Authorities, RERA related compliances, commercial transactions, consumer disputes and family/matrimonial disputes.
Mr. Abdul is driven by utmost client satisfaction and strives to ensure clarity and compliance in all legal documents and providing efficient support throughout the litigation, client counselling and strategy.
